FRC Intercoms are designed to meet the demanding needs of rescue and fire service personnel for two or three way vehicle communication systems.
These communication systems have become popular for use on utility vehicles and in industrial environments.

Basic Two-Way Systems

The basic two-way intercom system includes a master station with volume and Push-To-Talk (PTT) controls and a remote station that provides hands-free operation. The remote station is always in transmit mode unless interrupted by a transmission from the master station.

Basic Three-Way Systems

The basic three-way intercom system includes two master station (A and B) with volume and Push-To-Talk (PTT) controls and a remote station that provides hands-free operation. The remote station is always in transmit mode unless interrupted by a transmission from a master station. Master station A has transmit priority over the other two stations.

SYSTEM OPTIONS

Handheld Microphone
This option is for installation in high noise areas. The microphone plugs into the master station box. The system can be keyed to transmit with the microphone switch or PTT button.
Extra Remote Speaker
This option is for installations where a extra speaker is required. The speaker is the same size as the remote station and does not transmit.
Remote Station with PTT Button
This option is for installations where a remote station with hands free operation is not required. The PTT button must be pressed for the remote station to transmit. Available for two-way systems only.
