FRC side mount pole with a Focus lamphead 120 volt 750 watt side mount scene light with a telescoping pole

All telescopic poles have the FRC patented safety Twist Lock This unique locking ring operates from either direction and is simple to use, even with a gloved hand!

  • It cannot jam or be over tightened.
  • There is no protruding handle to snag gear or straps on.
  • A knurled surface ensures a positive grip.
  • The locking mechanism has no metal to metal contact, this spares the anodized aluminum poles from unnecessary wear and tear.

510 - Top Mount, Pull up telescopic pole:The Top Mount Pull-Up pole is sometimes called a Thru-the Deck Top Raise pole. It is excelent for mounting above the pump or non-weatherproof equipment compartments. The pole is raised from the top by pulling up from above the mounting flange. When the pole is in the down position the inner (extension) tube will be inside the compartment.
Note: The mounting flange is not weatherproof and may seep water, for a weatherproof flange on a top mount telescopic pole see the 512 Thru-the-Roof series poles.
512 - Thru the roof, push up telescopic pole: The Thru-the-Roof Push-Up pole is designed with a no-drip flange to mount thruogh the roof of a weatherproof compartment. The pole is raised from the bottom by pushing it up with the knurled handle. The driver or crew can position the light without leaving the cab.530 - Side mount, Push up telescopic pole:The Side Mount Push-Up pole has a outer tube that qualifies as a NFPA compliant handrail. This grab-handle is grooved to provide a secure grip even when wearing gloves. The standard outer tube is 20" long. The pole is raised from the bottom by pushing it up with the knurled handle.540 - Side mount, Pull up telescopic pole:The Side Mount Pull-Up pole has a outer tube that qualifies as a NFPA compliant handrail. This grab-handle is grooved to provide a secure grip even when wearing gloves. The outer tube is the full length of the pole and it has an internal brake that slows the extension pole during lowering. The pole is raised from the top by pulling up from above the safety twist lock.542 - Side mount, Pull up telescopic pole:The Side Mount Pull-Up pole has a outer tube that qualifies as a NFPA compliant handrail. This grab-handle is grooved to provide a secure grip even when wearing gloves. The standard outer tube is 20" long. The pole is raised from the top by pulling up from above the safety twist lock.
